Early Alert Form
If you know of a student who is struggling academically, socially, spiritually, financially, or in other ways, you’re invited to share your concern through the Early Alert Referral System (EA).

We encourage faculty and staff to address concerns directly with the student whenever possible. If this is not possible, or your intervention does not satisfactorily resolve the problem, please use this Early Alert form to contact Adam Volbrecht, Dean of Students.
