Mission: To break the cycle of generational poverty for women in the Northeast Georgia area by providing technical training scholarships, providing grants for materials support, and aligning with strategic partners.

1: The Ashton Hope Keegan Foundation’s charter is to provide scholarships and material support to women (with a financial hardship) pursuing either their GED, Certification (ie.
