Use this Order Form to input the measurements of your checkstands, choose your artwork, upload your logo, and pay. Do not attempt to complete this form until you've completed the Audit Step, and have the Self-Service Audit Organizer filled out.
Once you've submitted this Order Form, you will receive an email within 10 business days with a digital preview of your MessageWraps. Once you receive your preview, you will have 14 business days to either confirm for printing and shipping, or cancel your order. If cancelled, you will be refunded the paid value of your order minus a fee of 20%. If you do not respond within 14 business days, your order will be assumed cancelled.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPER CHECKSTAND AUDITS. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR MESSAGEWRAPS THAT DO NOT FIT CORRECTLY.
