EVENT HOST - You pay the entirety of what your guests consume during the event. You can choose from an open or fixed menu option above.GUESTS PAY - Guests pay for their own treats. We tally the total at the end of the event to determine if minimums have been met. If the total shave ice sales are under our required minimums, you are responsible for the difference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A $100 reservation fee is required to lock in the date and time requested above. You will be charged for the exact amount of shave ice treats that are ordered on the day of the event, or the event minimum, whichever amount is greater plus a 20% gratuity that will be added to your final bill. The event minimum is $350 plus 20% gratuity. The balance is due immediately upon conclusion of your event. Said event date cannot be guaranteed until the reservation fee ($100) is received and a confirmation email is sent to the client. The reservation fee will be refunded as long as event minimum is met and 20% gratuity is paid. Cancelations within 30 days of the engagement date must pay 100% of total fee if engagement cannot be replaced. Events cancelled due to poor weather must pay 100% of total fee ($350). Punch Buggy Shave Ice (PBSI) cannot be held responsible or liable for not making an appearance at the above event due to any act of God or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, the reservation fee will be refunded. PBSI reserves the right to request and hold credit card information in the event that the total amount owed is not paid. PBSI Shave Ice Truck requires access to the desired set-up area at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Once the truck has been set in the desired location, it cannot be moved. In addition, 30 minutes are required after the conclusion of the service period for take down and removal. Client accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages, injuries or delays that occur as a result of failure to comply with these provisions. Electronic malfunctions are rare but always a possibility. If PBSI equipment fails to operate, every effort will be made to correct the problem. Client accepts responsibility to obtain any necessary space, permits and/or permissions for us to park and serve at your event. In the event of litigation, all parties agree to mediate first. Any litigation will be restricted to the county of Boulder, in the state of Colorado. Client will indemnify PBSI against, and hold PBSI harmless from all claims, actions, proceedings, cost, damages and liabilities, including attorney fees, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from products served.
