ADA Community Survey

As part of the City's review of its ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Transition Plan, the ADA Division invites the Somerville community to take this brief survey. We hope you’ll share your thoughts on areas covered by the ADA Plan and your experiences with accessibility in Somerville. The survey is estimated to take about 5 minutes.

The Plan details the City’s policies and procedures for compliance with all aspects of the American Disabilities Act and other relevant disability statutes and regulations.

Your survey responses will inform priorities for the Plan. They will also help ADA Division staff learn more about community accessibility priorities and will help shape community training opportunities.
