Responsibilities
- Usage of project management software - following, updating, commenting, and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Confirm ‘Definition of Done’ is clearly understood on workload. You will seek answers to any unknowns.
- Create clear documentation of your builds.
- All aspects of campaign building and configuration in Keap and HighLevel.
- Ensure your automations are within the company’s build guidelines.
- Create comprehensive ‘how to guides’ in the company Wiki.
- Proactive and Reactive Technical Support
- Maintaining good communication across PM software, Email and Slack, including occasional client liaison.
Skills
Knowledge and experience in some of the following softwares OR equivalents – you will be asked to demonstrate the similarities of equivalents. Ideal candidates would have experience from at least 1 in each section.
Experience in Keap/Infusionsoft OR HighLevel is required.

Data: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google DataStudio
Automate: Zapier, Make, PlusThis, FixYourFunnel
Code: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Basic API language, Email deliverability, DNS Configuration
Tasking: Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Monday
CMS: Wordpress, Memberium, LearnDash
