EOF MEETING POLICIES
COVID-19 Policy + Waiver
Your well-being is our top priority, and we are dedicated to ensuring attendees and guests have a safe environment at the meeting.
EOF will follow CDC guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and require that all conference attendees – including funders, speakers, consultants, and EOF staff – provide proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination (all recommended doses in the primary series and at least one booster). Exemptions may be made for health or religious reasons, but may require additional safety measures. If you wish to request a vaccination exemption, please email email@example.com.
While masks are not required at the convening, they are encouraged if it helps your comfort level.
All COVID protocols are subject to change depending on local COVID rates and CDC guidelines. This may include requiring masks indoors except when eating or presenting and attesting to a negative rapid antigen Covid-19 test within 24 hours of arrival. We will notify all participants of any changes and expect full compliance with requirements.
By registering for the EOF 2023 Budget and Tax Breifing, you assume, and release Economic Opportunity Funders and all of its affiliates from all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses resulting from or arising in connection with your participation at the conference and all risks of harm, damage or illness.
In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our members and other attendees, EOF does not allow solicitation of any kind during our events. Additionally, EOF members expect that participation in our events will not result in future solicitations unless the member specifically invites future contact.
Photography/Video Documentation Policy
In consideration for being able to attend the EOF Convening you agree to allow authorized associates/vendors of the EOF Convening, its licensees, successors, and assignees full and complete irrevocable permission, without reservation or restriction, to be photographed/recorded at the EOF convening, in any manner (video, audio, or electronic, etc.) and for them to use said photograph(s)/recording(s) as they deem appropriate in connection with the EOF Convening or any EOF related activities. If you do not authorize use, you must submit in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All cancellations will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing on or before March 30, 2023. No requests for refunds will be granted after this date or for no shows. Participants can avoid the $25 cancellation fee by transferring their registration to a colleague or peer before April 13, 2023. Requests for cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. All refunds will be issued after the event.
