Idaho Mock Trial Codes & Releases

The Idaho Mock Trial Code of Civility & Ethics and the Photo & Video and Activity Participation Releases must be shared with and reviewed by everyone associated with your participating mock trial team and a coach from each team must submit this online acknowledgement form before the team’s first round of competition.

Mock trial rules, procedures, and this Idaho Mock Trial Code of Civility & Ethics and the Photo & Video and Activity Participation Releases remain in effect throughout the entirety of the competition season. Those who do not follow the rules, procedures, and this Idaho Mock Trial Code of Civility & Ethics and the Photo & Video and Activity Participation Releases may be sanctioned up to and including forfeiture or disqualification without a refund of paid fees.

Our team agrees to abide by the Idaho Mock Trial Code of Civility & Ethics.

Our team gives permission for the Idaho Law Foundation’s Law Related Education Program to use photographs and/or videos taken during the Idaho Mock Trial season, unless the team has provided, in writing the name(s) of the team member(s) who do not wish to be included.

Our team acknowledges that we have read the Activity Participation Release in its entirety and that we fully understand and agree to all its terms.
