Authorization to send Payoff/Freeze Equity Lines and Release Information
I/We hereby authorization Plyler, Long & Corigliano, LLP ("Settlement Agent"), its agents or employees, to discuss my mortgage and/or order mortgage payoffs, to immediately freeze any equity lines, order payoffs and/or zero balance confirmations, mortgage verifications, short sales, foreclosures and lien releases on the property referenced below. I authorize lenders to accept a copy of this document as the original to release such information. The information the Settlement Agent obtains is to be used in the processing of my real estate closing.
