• Lansing Juneteenth Celebration: Vendor/Exhibitor Application

    Application Review Process: The Application review process begins with the submission of a completed application with ALL required attachments. Upon receipt of your application, a committee member will review it for approval. You will be contacted regarding supplemental fees for items such as oversize canapies, or additional electricity usage. A completed application with ALL required attachments must be received for your application to be processed. Failure to provide these required items could result in immediate denial of your application.
  • IF YOU PREVIOUSLY PAID A DEPOSIT AND NEED TO PAY A BALANCE OR ADDITIONAL FEES, PLEASE EXIT THIS FORM AND USE THE VENDOR BALANCE FORM.

    Before beginning this application, please be prepared to supply a list of items you plan to sell or give away, and provide details on electrical needs if beyond 110v (see NEMA configuration list).  Additionally, please read the guidelines provided by the Lansing Fire Marshal, available on the Juneteenth website.

    After entering your information, click the submit button at the bottom.  This will take you to PayPal, where you can pay via your PayPal account, or a major credit card or bank debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to process your transaction - you can pay as a "guest". You will receive a confirmation via email.                             I understand that by submitting this form, I hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Lansing Juneteenth Committee from any damage to my property or any personal injury that I or my help may sustain while participating in the Lansing Juneteenth Festival. Further, I agree to abide by all policies and guidelines of the Lansing Juneteenth Committee and the municipality where the events are held. I have read and understand the Fire Marshal’s requirements. I understand that failure to follow any of these regulations can mean dismissal from this year’s, or future festivals without return of fees.

                            I understand that my space rental deposit cannot be refunded after May 27. I understand that the festival does not carry insurance to cover my personal property and that I store my goods at my own risk.
