Please complete the following form to register online. You can pay the registration fee through Paypal or you can send a check/money order to KDO Academy, 2536 Eastern Blvd, Unit 131,York, PA 17402. Please be sure to mark the name of the student(s) on the check.  Note: The fee for bounced/returned checks is $25

The registration fee(s) must be paid to fully register.  Registration fee(s) are non-refundable.

Registration fees:

$60/student for attending all year

$20 Late fee for registrations received after 8/24/2023

$30/student attending only one semester.

These fees cover registration, cleaning fee, admininstration costs and access to our online school system.

Please read all the HS/Bridge Policy and Guidelines found on the website, including the Class Withdrawal policy (page 5). By submitting your registration form you and your student are confirming that you have read and agree with the HS/Bridge Policy and Guidelines. 

Registration is not complete until payment is received and all forms listed below are received: (all forms are found on the 'Forms' page on the KDO website)

If this is a Change registration; please fill out all the classes you want your student registered for (your previous registration form will be replaced with this one so all the classes need to be listed).  Note on the bottom of this form what you are changing.

Please fill in all periods 1 - 4; if you are not registering for a class please select 'Student off Campus'. Note: students may not remain in the building or parking lot if not enrolled in a class.

Note:  Period 2 is a two hour class time; classes that meet during that time for a one hour class are marked as 2A (for the first hour) and 2B (for the second hour)

Note: By adding to the shopping cart, this will redirect you to Paypal. If you are paying by check, please let this section blank. You may use it to calculate the amount of your fees, but please reset before pressing submit. Otherwise your registration will not reach its intended destination.

If paying by check, please note that in the comment section and submit check asap (either at the next KDO or by mail).

If your registration form was submitted successfully, you will receive an immediate automated confirmation to the email address listed on the registration form.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please try submitting it again. Be sure you also submit all the required forms and payment. You are expected to complete all forms and payment with submission of your registration.  Should you accidentally miss something, you will be given a grace period of 24 hrs, after the Registrar notifies you of the missing form, to submit the missing pieces of your registration without forfeiting your spot.

Your registration will be processed within a week and you will receive a personalized confirmation from the Registrar confirming your classes and advising you if your student has been placed on a waitlist. Please read your confirmation carefully.
