  • This Agreement is made on this day Insert today's date below, by and between “Rudcam Dispatch, LLC”, hereafter referred to as DISPATCHER, and Enter your trucking company below hereinafter referred to as CARRIER. DISPATCHER is a transportation dispatcher handling the necessary paperwork between SHIPPERS and/or BROKERS and the CARRIER in order to secure “Freight” for said CARRIER.

     

    WHEREAS, CARRIER is a Motor CONTRACT Carrier subject to the jurisdiction of the ICC: NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and covenants hereinafter contained it is mutually agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows:

    OBLIGATIONS OF DISPATCHER

    1. DISPATCHER agrees to handle paperwork, phone calls, and faxes from the BROKER or SHIPPER to tender commodities shipments to CARRIER for transportation in interstate commerce by CARRIER between points and places within the scope of CARRIER’S operating authority.

    2. DISPATCHER bears no financial or legal responsibility in the transaction between the SHIPPER or Broker and you the CARRIER.

    3. DISPATCHER will: A. make 100% effort to keep truck(s) loaded. B. CARRIER will be contacted (by phone call/text/email) about EVERY load we find to offer. C. Invoice the CARRIER at the time of service; also provide a copy of each Load Confirmation Sheet. D. Payment is due to DISPATCHER at time of invoice.

    OBLIGATIONS OF Carrier:

    1. CARRIER agrees to pay a flat rate fee of 8% per load. You will be invoiced once weekly, the invoice will be sent out Friday, for all your weekly loads, and due no later than Monday at 0600 eastern time.

    2. CARRIER gives DISPATCHER authority to provide his signature for rate confirmation sheets, invoice and associated paperwork necessary for securing cargo and billing purposes. The terms of this agreement shall be continuous, provided that either party may terminate this agreement at anytime.

    3. SHIPPER agrees to pay CARRIER promptly, following receiving the invoice. The amount to be paid by SHIPPER to CARRIER shall be established between the parties on a per shipment basis prior to commencement of each individual shipment. A load confirmation including details of shipment and revenue to be paid will be supplied via EMAIL by SHIPPER/BROKER/DISPATCHER to CARRIER. Confirmation will be signed by DISPATCHER and returned via FAX or EMAIL to SHIPPER/ BROKER. Payments are due to the DISPATCHER for services rendered are not contingent on outstanding payments due to the CARRIER for loads that he/she has hauled for the SHIPPER OR BROKER. Failure to pay the DISPATCHER for services rendered will result in termination of the agreement and services immediately unless otherwise determined by the DISPATCHER.

     

    In the event that the carrier obtains a dedicated lane through the dispatcher's efforts, the carrier agrees to pay the dispatcher a fee equivalent to 8% of the gross revenue generated from that dedicated lane each week. This fee shall be payable to the dispatcher unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing between the parties.
     
     

    Before DISPATCH looks or books any loads for CARRIER, there will be a required deposit of $100. Invoice will be paid on the last page.

  • This Communication Protocol is established as part of the agreement between Rudcam Dispatch LLC hereinafter referred to as the "Dispatch Company," and [enter your carrier name below], hereinafter referred to as the "Carrier," pertaining to the transportation and delivery of loads.

    1. Carrier Arrival at Pickup:

    Upon arrival at the pickup location, the Carrier shall promptly notify the Dispatch Company. This notification shall include the time of arrival and any relevant details regarding the pickup process.
    2. Carrier Loading Process:

    The Carrier will inform the Dispatch Company when the loading process commences. This notification ensures that the Dispatch Company is aware of the loading progress and can anticipate completion.


    3. Once loading is complete:

    Once the Carrier's vehicle is fully loaded, the Carrier shall notify the Dispatch Company. This confirmation ensures that the Dispatch Company knows the load is ready for transport and can update relevant records accordingly.


    4. Arrival at Destination:

    Upon reaching the destination, the Carrier will promptly inform the Dispatch Company. This notification includes the arrival time and any pertinent details regarding the delivery location.


    5. Unloading Process Notification:

    The Carrier shall notify the Dispatch Company when the unloading process begins. This notification enables the Dispatch Company to monitor the delivery progress and anticipate completion.


    6. Once unloading is complete:

    Once the Carrier's vehicle has been unloaded and is empty, the Carrier will inform the Dispatch Company. This confirmation indicates the completion of the delivery task.
    Both parties agree to adhere to this Communication Protocol for efficient coordination and seamless execution of delivery operations.

  •   Power of Attorney Agreement

    This Power of Attorney Agreement ("Agreement") is entered by and between Rudcam Dispatch LLC ("Company") & ("Carrier").

    Appointment of Attorney-in-Fact:

    Carrier hereby appoints Company as its lawful attorney-in-fact to perform actions related to freight dispatching services, including accepting contracts, negotiating transportation agreements, managing logistics, and handling documentation.

    Authority of Attorney-in-Fact:

    Company is granted full power and authority to act on Carrier's behalf, including signing documents and entering agreements. Actions taken by Company within this Agreement are binding upon Carrier.

    Duration of Authority:

    This power of attorney remains in effect until revoked by Carrier in writing. Company may continue to act on Carrier's behalf until receipt of written notice of revocation.

    Representations and Warranties: Carrier represents that it has authority to enter this Agreement and provide accurate information. Carrier further agrees to indemnify Company for actions taken within this Agreement, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

     

    Entire Agreement:

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
