Filing Deadline for Calendar-Year Corporations
Calendar-year corporations have an April 15 deadline. Extensions must be filed by the original due date of the return.. The extended due date for calendar-year corporations (not S corporations) is October 15.
An extension of time to file does not give you more time to pay tax. If you believe the corporation will owe money when it files, you should include the amount you think it will owe with the extension. You must pay tax owed with the extension via EFTPS.

Complete this form if you would like Pacific Northwest Tax Service to file an extension of time to file your IRS and/or state tax return.
