IL Jaycees TOYP Registration -Founder Club Reservation
This is to submit your RSVP for Founder Club Members of the Illinois Jaycee Charitable Foundation. The TOYP Banquet will be held on Saturday, May 6th beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites in Peoria. Dinner reservations must be be submitted by Wednesday, April 25th for a guaranteed reservation. If you need to to pay for a ticket for a non-Founder Club member or want to purchase a lunch ticket please go www.illinoisjaycees.com/springga22 to submit your registration. This form can only be used for Founder Club Members for the TOYP Banquet. You can register up to two Founder Club Members on this form.
