Dear Parents,

We regret to inform you that this programme is currently heavily oversubscribed. While we will conduct due diligence on all applicants, this may prevent some students from enrolling. In the interim, you are welcome to fill out the application form to be added to the waiting list.

Our mission is to provide children with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to reconnect with their mother tongue and cultural heritage, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive and immersive educational environment for all.

Next week, we will officially notify all applicants of their enrollment status, and if chosen, we will invite you to an enrollment evening in February at the Hedgecock Community Centre. The event's exact dates have yet to be confirmed.

Before registering your child, you will have the opportunity to meet the team, ask any questions, and understand the expectations.

I certify that the information I have provided above are true to the best of my knowledge.  I am aware this form doesn't entitle my child to a space in the course since there are limited number of seats. 

If selected for enrolment, I agree to attend the registartion session on the week of 13th February, 2023 at Hedgecock Community Centre.  Exact time and date to be confirmed.

I will remain committed towards the program and agree to remain engaged with my child's learning and with the program coordinators.

By submitting this registration form, you are giving consent for the collection, storage, and use of your personal information, including your child's personal information, for the purpose of enrolling them in our cultural heritage and language preservation program. This information will be used to communicate with you regarding your child's enrollment and participation in the program, as well as for program evaluation and improvement. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time. 

You are also giving consent for us to record audio, video and take photographs of your child during the program sessions and activities. These recordings, videos and photographs will be used for the purpose of program evaluation, improvement, and for promotional and marketing materials for the program. These materials may be shared on our website, social media channels, or in other publications. The use of these materials will help to promote the program and attract future participants, and also to showcase the achievements of current participants. You understand that these recordings, videos and photographs will become the property of our organization and may be used for these purposes without further consent from you. If you do not agree with this, please let us know.
