PUSHPLAY .VIP LLC Distribution Agreement, This Agreement and Terms of Service (this “Agreement ”) is a binding legal agreement between you & PUSHPLAY .VIP LLC concerning our global distribution service of your musical/Instrumentals/video/films, song recordings, to the public & affiliated digital streaming platforms (ie) instagram, facebook, our mobile app, Roku tv etc. You agree that you are legally authorized to upload 100% of the content and that all samples, mixes & artwork have the proper legal clearances. you agree that there are no restrictions, liens, or encumbrances to your content, you have not previously assigned any exclusivity rights of your content to any person, entity, or business that would prohibit you from uploading,you also grant us NON EXCLUSIVE license & rights to monetize, stream and place an ad link on your uploaded content. Note* if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of another person, company or other entity, then by accepting & signing this Agreement you are affirming that you are totally authorized to do so on behalf of person(s)/entity(ies) and to bind them to this Agreement and that PUSHPLAY .VIP LLC is totally entitled to count on that fact (in which case, the term “you ” includes all people and entities) for our services under this Agreement. You agree that you are 18 years of age. NOTE* We Do Not pay per streams. Also You may request to have your content removed at any time from our site via email or customer service call, otherwise it will remain on our playlist. All content removal will be done within 60 days along with an email notification of removal. PUSHPLAY.VIP LLC will not be responsible for any copyright infringements from your uploaded material & all legal costs or lawsuits are solely your responsibilty.
