The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Hair Salon Receptionist, you will perform the following critical functions.

· Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of WHIP-LASH SALON & BEAUTIQUE.

·       Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.

·       Explain, sell, recommend WHIP-LASH SALON & BEAUTIQUE products.

·       Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.

·       Assist in all in-store operational processes.

·       Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.

·       Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.

·       Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

·       Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

·       Be capable of taking photos of clients for our social media profiles.
