In order to render our services, a non-refundable & non-transferrable travel planning admin fee is required when submitting your travel planning form. This information will help us create quotes for you quickly and efficiently and get your trip booked sooner!

This fee is valid for up to 3 package quotes, and 1 flight for one location.

Fees are as follows:

$25 per adult

We take our time to handcraft each travel package, so please allow 3-5 business days to receive a quote from us once your form and fee are received.

After receiving your quote you have 7 days to confirm/book, after 7 days if you wish not to proceed the quote will then be canceled. Please keep in mind travel rates are not guaranteed until a deposit is made.

Note: All quotes are non-refundable, non transferable, and services are final and will not be applied toward the payment of my trip. Should I book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained to compensate for our time in consultation, research and, pricing.*
