We focus on arranging all-inclusive trips to Mexico and the Caribbean Islands, as well as offering a variety of tropical destinations that do not require a passport.

OUR POLICY

In order to render our services, a non-refundable & non-transferrable travel planning admin fee is required when submitting your travel planning form. This fee includes your personalized travel package quote, managing payments + payment arrangements, itenrary planning, our time in planning, researching, negotitating, and booking travel arrangements, constant contact regarding trip details, and the delivery of trip documents.

This fee is valid for up to 2 package quotes and 1 flight for one location. Only 2 revisions are offered to this quote within 5 business days of delivery. Any revisions or quotes after are subject to a new admin fee.

OUR FEES

$25 (per traveler)

For large groups of 6 or more travelers, the research fee is $250 please contact us directly for groups 6+.

We meticulously craft each travel package, so we kindly ask that you allow 3 business days for us to provide a quote after we receive your form and payment. If you need a quote sooner please add the rush fee in addition to the planning fee below.

Once you receive your quote, you will have 5 days to confirm or book your trip. If you decide not to proceed after this period, the quote will be canceled and deleted from our records and an additional admin fee will apply for researching and planning a new trip even if to the same destination.

Please be advised that quote prices are not guaranteed and are subject to change until a deposit to reserve has been paid.

Please note we will consider budgets of less than $1000 per traveler, however, keep in mind this is a quote and budgets are not always guaranteed. Of course, we will communicate with you during the price search if it does not meet your desired budget. Our highest priority is ensuring a quality experience.

You understand that all quotes are sent within 3 business days excluding Sundays and major holidays. Note: All quotes are non-refundable, and non-transferable, and services are final and will not be applied toward the payment of my trip. Should I book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained to compensate for our time in consultation, research, and, pricing.

I understand that final payments are usually due 45 days prior to departure. This means that any travel dates within this time frame will require full payment. On the contrary, I am able to pay a deposit and make payments on my trip up to the final payment due date IF it is outside of the 45 days window.
