RENTAL REQUEST AGREEMENT

This Rental Request Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between William Meilahn & Love LLC (the "Booking Agent") and {yourName} (the "Requester").

Purpose. The Requester desires to request a vacation stay at Flora Farms, a property managed by the Booking Agent, and the Booking Agent agrees to assist the Requester in finding suitable properties for such a stay.

Inventory Request. In the form above, the Requester has provided the Booking Agent with the dates and type of dwelling it is requesting (“Request”) The Booking Agent shall use its best efforts to find properties that match the Requester’s request.

Commitment Deposit. The Requester shall pay the following Commitment Deposit to the Booking Agent upon executing this Agreement. The Commitment Deposit shall be applied towards the total cost of the vacation stay, only in the event that the Booking Agent is able to secure the Request that the Requester is requesting.

Confirmation of Rental. Upon receipt of the Commitment Deposit, the Booking Agent shall ask the owners of Flora Farms inventory matching the Request if they are willing to rent their inventory. If an owner (or owners) are willing to rent inventory matching the Request, the Booking Agent shall provide written confirmation of the rental to the Requester.

Term and Cancellation Policy. The Requester hereby grants the Booking Agent 14 business days to attempt to secure the Request. If the Booking Agent successfully secures the Request, the Commitment Deposit shall be deemed non-refundable, even if the Requester does not move forward with the rental. If the Requester does move forward, the Commitment Deposit is applied toward the rental. If the Requester cancels the agreement in writing to hola@thecovetedgroup.com during the term hereof and before the Booking Agent has secured the Request, or if the Booking Agent is unable to secure the Request within the 14-day term, the Booking Agent shall reimburse the Requester the Commitment Deposit, less 5% to cover credit card processing, transfer, and administration fees incurred by the Booking Agent.

Upon Inventory Request Approval: Should the Inventory Request be accepted, the Requester confirms that they have read, comprehended, and consented to the Rental Terms and Conditions provided here: www.covetedstays.com/terms-and-conditions

Acknowledgment of Nightly Rates. Requester acknowledges and confirms it has read and fully understands the Nightly Rates section preceding this Agreement.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.

Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Currency. The Requester agrees that all monetary amounts referenced in this Agreement are in United States currency, denominated in United States dollars.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

Amendment. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

Electronic Signature. The Requester agrees that this Agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement or such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.

Acceptance of Terms. Upon the execution of this electronic Agreement, which shall be evidenced by the Requester's signature and the submission of the Commitment Deposit, the Requester hereby fully and unreservedly agrees to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Your Commitment Deposit shall be administered in accordance with the Commitment Deposit clause of the executed Rental Request Agreement (above).
