We’re Moving!
Beginning November 7, 2026, The East End Farmers Market will move to our new, larger location in Middletown! All winter market dates will take place at the new location, which will also become our permanent home for future market seasons.

Event sponsorship includes:
• A 12×12 booth space at your sponsored market
• Your business logo, website link, and business information listed on our website
• Your business logo and QR code on event signs and flyers, as well as sponsor signs displayed around the market on your sponsored date
• Tagged Facebook and Instagram posts during the week of your sponsored market
• Recognition in our weekly newsletter
2026 EEFM Sponsorship Application

Please complete the application below to become an official EEFM sponsor! We will need a HIGH QUALITY copy of your logo (PNG OR JPEG). After you submit your application, you will receive an email from our market manager to obtain a copy of your business logo and any other info we may need. Your business will be listed on our website within 3 days of receiving your logo. You will also receive a welcome pack via usps within 10 days. All sponsorship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless your sponsorship application is denied.

I understand that sponsorship dates cannot be rescheduled or transferred once selected. By signing up, I am committing to that date. The only exception will be if the market is forced to close due to the weather - in that case, your date will be rescheduled.
I understand that sponsorship fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I agree not to dispute or reverse charges for agreed-upon sponsorship fees. Chargebacks will result in immediate removal and balances + $100 administrative fee will be due in full immediately.
