Project Hastings Reserve Volunteer Application
Project Hastings is a student-led nonprofit organization that alleviates food insecurity in Vancouver and also improves the Downtown Eastside (DTES) community through distributions of necessities. Our group of over 250 youth volunteers is motivated to make a difference. Volunteering at Project Hastings is stress-free and entails a variety of benefits – learning about homelessness in the DTES, meeting like-minded youth, and earning service hours.

A reserve volunteer attends our events (usually on a weekend) and is responsible for sharing Project Hastings social media content and event announcements.

After filling out the form, you will be sent an email with access to sign our Code of Conduct document and Discord server invitation. All communications for events will be facilitated through Discord.
