    The training will take place at the Park Inn Midi (near Brussels South Station).  Exact address and accommodation rate will be included in the confirmation letter once you have registered.

  • PAYMENT METHOD

    Once you have registered, we will send you an invoice and you will be able to choose to pay either by bank transfer or credit card, please make sure to enter your VAT number if you have one. Please contact ingrid.heyne@eupati.eu for group discounts (pricing depending on group size). Please note that your registration will be effective only upon payment. EUPATI has the right to cancel or postpone the training if there are not enough participants.

    PAYMENT BY INVOICE: Credit Card & Bank Transfer

    You will be provided with an invoice and payment information within the next 5 working days by email. The invoice can be paid online by Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.

    In case of payment by Bank Transfer, we will require that you process the payment as soon as possible and at least one week before the day of the training.

    * VAT Not included. VAT Exemption will be applied when the conditions are met, otherwise the Dutch VAT of 21% will be added.

     

  • DATA PROTECTION & COMMUNICATION

    By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent that EUPATI can process the data provided within the framework of the Training. This includes, unless registered participants object, all handling needed for the applicant’s participation at the Training or in any other web/printed publication.

    All personal data collected for the Training will be processed according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for more info click here.

    Please note that EUPATI will manage the payment and billing process, so your details will be used by EUPATI in this framework only.

    Right of access: applicants have a right to access and ask for changing or deleting their personal data, which will be kept by EUPATI.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    All cancellations must be in writing by email to ingrid.heyne@eupati.eu.

    All cancellations received until 19 March 2023 are subject to a charge of 10% for administrative costs.

    Cancellations received between 19 March and 28 March 2023 are subject to a charge of 50%.

    After 28 March 2023, full payment will be requested and refund will not be provided.

    Replacement by colleagues, i.e. transfer of the registration at no extra cost, is possible.
