    For a request to be processed, please provide verification from the University that you have graduated from your program (can be a letter, screenshot of commencement registration, transcripts, etc). Proof of future graduation will not be accepted. 

    We will cross reference your membership status to the Fraternity database. Please ensure your chapter president updates your roster status to 'graduated'.

    Deposits will be returned via ACH (no fee) or check ($5.00 processing fee) after all outstanding charges, if applicable, have been deducted.

    These charges will be deducted in the following order: individual damage charges, outstanding rent or charges to RPG, outstanding individual ATO National charges, and outstanding ATO Local Chapter charges.

  • Your request will be evaluated and processed. If there are any outstanding balances on your accounts (RPG or fraternity), we would apply your deposit/account balance to those first and then return any remaining amounts to you via the pathway selected above.
