By submitting this form and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms: 1) the Trainer's Pass only allows the trainer backstage and does not provide access to the ballroom to view the show; 2) the Trainer’s Pass will not be mailed. It must be picked up at the check-in on Friday, June 16th or at the ticket booth on Saturday, June 17th; 3) per NPC regulations, the trainer must be a current member of the NPC; and 4) all sales final.
