I, the undersigned, agree that upon receipt of my uniforms, any adjustment needed will be made within one (1) week from the day of receipt with an ABAA-approved tailor. If this is not done within the specified timeframe, I will bear any cost associated with the alterations. In addition, all alterations done must be compliant with ABAA’s dress code and stipulations. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
I, the undersigned, hereby accept that the above-described UNIFORMS acknowledge that they shall always be the exclusive property of the ANTIGUA & BARBUDA AIRPORT AUTHORITY and that I am only entitled to use it on official duty or as otherwise directed by Management. I further agree to take proper care of the UNIFORMS and accept full liability for any damage, loss, or theft. I understand that I am obliged to return the UNIFORM should the Company terminate my services or should I choose to relinquish my employment.
