Note: The H. Wayne Bowman Astonishing Expectations Scholarship awards scholarships to graduating high school students in Prince William County in order to pursue a college education through the Northern Virginia Community College. The students eligible for assistance must be graduating high school seniors who reside in Prince William County, have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and intend to continue their education at Northern Virginia Community College.

Instructions:
1. Please fill out form online and submit.
2. Please provide a High School transcript.
3. Please provide two recommendation letters from teachers, counselors, or employers.
4. Please provide documentation that you are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Acceptable documentation may be from a doctor, school system, or a counselor.
