• Leadership Equity Accelerated Pathway Mentorship & Training Program

  • The Leadership Equity Accelerated Pathway (LEAP) Mentorship & Training Program is a free 5-month cohort-based program whose mission is to train and support youth and young adults, ages 18-25 through their academic and career goals.

    The LEAP Mentorship & Training Program aims to build capacity and develop necessary professional skills. In addition, participants will be matched with a mentor. The mentor's role is to provide honest and constructive feedback while sharing their knowledge, skills, and experience in guiding the participant down a productive and goal-oriented path. 

    Once the application is submitted, you will be contacted shortly for an interview. The next cohort begins in December 2025.
