The LEAP (Leadership Equity Accelerated Pathway) is a free 5-month cohort based program which mission is to train and support Asian, Black, Hispanic or Latino, Indigenous and multi-racial youth and young adults through their academic and career goals.
The LEAP's leadership and mentorship training program aims to build capacity and develop necessary professional skills. In addition, participants will be matched with a mentor. The mentor's role is to provide honest and constructive feedback while sharing their knowledge, skills and experience in guiding the participant down a productive and goal-oriented path.
Trainings occur once a month from 5:30PM - 7:30PM at Sprout Co-Working, 166 Valley St. in Providence, RI.
