When items are received, the projects go into a work queue and turnaround times may vary. We will send updates periodically, please be sure to check your spam if you have not heard back from us.
We are a local Chicago business with a small staff. Thank you in advance for your patience during these trying times, Covid-19 has been a setback for us all, and we still face supply chain and shipping delays.
We will open your package as we receive it, in order to inspect and assess the work to give you a more accurate quote. You will be sent a 50% deposit to complete before we start.
We cannot provide you with a final price quote immediately, but we will update you in a timely manner. Because of the ever-evolving nature of paper, some projects may require longer for us to formulate a best plan of action. No two pieces are quite the same!
*We offer in-person drop off and pickup services by appointment! Please be aware, if you schedule an appointment to meet in person, you must give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, or be subjected to a $40 appointment cancellation fee, added to your bill. We have a small staff and schedule our work/workshop around client meetings!*
*SHIPPING SUPPLIES DISCLAIMER*
We will return your piece in the shipping materials it came with, unless they require new packaging. Please be aware, if you ship a small tube with multiple posters to be linen backed, we will charge you for a new, larger tube that can accomodate the restored pieces at our discretion.
