We are a local Chicago business with a small staff. Thank you in advance for your patience and trust in us! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional results for our customers without breaking the bank. While we've kept our prices lower than most studios, due to the rising cost of materials, our linen backing prices have increased as of 1/1/26.

Our turnaround time on new projects is roughly 2-3 months after we receive it. If your project has a strict deadline for a signing or auction, let us know, and we can work on pushing it to the front of the line for an added rush fee.

When items are received, the projects go into a work queue and turnaround times may vary. We will send updates periodically, please be sure to check your spam if you have not heard back from us.

If mailing your project to us, we will send you an email when we have it in our studio. We cannot provide you with a final price quote immediately, but we will update you in a timely manner. Because of the ever-evolving nature of paper, some projects may require longer for us to formulate a best plan of action. No two pieces are quite the same!

*We offer in-person drop off and pickup services by appointment! We have a small staff and schedule our work/workshop around client meetings!*

We will return your piece in the shipping materials it came with, unless they require new packaging. Please be aware, if you ship a small tube with multiple posters to be linen backed, we will charge you for a new, larger tube that can accomodate the restored pieces at our discretion.

General Release of Liability

I,* *, being of sound mind, agree to the following:

I acknowledge that my property, including, without limitation, any art or other items may be damaged, lost, or stolen during transport, unpacking, or packaging of the items, and I understand and acknowledge the risk involved by allowing such property to be worked on. I understand that Tom Tomc Restoration does not insure any works and if I so choose I must acquire my own insurance. If I so choose such insurance, I agree to submit a copy to Tom Tomc Restoration.
I hereby represent and warrant that I have read this General Release of Liability in its entirety and fully understand its contents, and that by signing the Release, it becomes binding. By signing this document, I release and hold harmless Tom Tomc Poster Restoration, its employees or representatives from and against any and all claims of injury or damages, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, relating to the above permissions.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily or personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or damage to my artwork arising out of my own acts or omissions or the acts or omissions of any third party or entity to which I have entrusted my artwork such as Tom Tomc Poster Restoration, its conservators, or employees.
It is understood and agreed that this release is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction the causes of action, claims of demands mentioned herein; that this Release contains the entire agreement between Tom Tomc Restoration and its clients; and that the terms of this release are contractual and not merely a recital.
I understand that my artwork or other property is scheduled to be worked on in a queue of first submission in, first submission out, after the date I am first notified of the arrival to the shop, until next updated by Tom Tomc Restoration. I understand that the current project turnaround time is approximately 2-3 months from the date that work is started on the piece, but that is subject to change. I agree to pick up my artwork when instructed by the business, during normal hours of operation, or to have it shipped back to me in a timely manner upon completion and payment of the project. I understand that if I leave my property unacknowledged on my end, or without correspondence or payment for more than two years after the date of arrival, I forfeit my ownership and rights to said property. I understand that if I schedule an in-person pickup or meeting, and I do not give notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, I am subjected to an $85 cancellation fee for the time disrupted in the studio.
