Performer’s Fees

Please Note: There is a presentation fee for participating in this production.

All performance, costume, choreography fees have been combined and evenly broken up per month for your convience.

Performer’s Fees

Please Note: There is a presentation fee for participating in this production.

The presentation fee helps to pay for the teaching staff & rehearsal space needed to make the dances possible.

Fees are:

Les Syphides: $125 + Enrollment in Ballet Classes

Pas de Quatre: $125 + Enrollment in Ballet Classes

La Bayadere: $125 + Enrollment in Ballet Classes

Le Corsaire (Contemporary):$65 + Enrollment in Contemporary Classes

Dancers may be cast in multiple pieces. The numbers listed are per dance.

Please let us know if you would like to be cast in fewer pieces.

There will also be a small costume fee per dance.

Fees may be broken down into (2) monthly payments.

Proposed Production Schedule

Scene Rehearsals:
A detailed scene rehearsal schedule will be released by January 31, 2026. Your teacher will be able to let you know in which scene your dancer’s class appears.

****Please remember that rehearsal schedules are subjected to change. Younger dancers and class dances will not necessarily be involved in all scheduled rehearsal days.****

Fridays: 5:00-8:30pm

Saturdays: 12:00-6:00pm

Requirements of Participation
1. Rehearsals are Mandatory, missed rehearsals may result in removal of the dancer from their assigned part(s).

2. Your dancer will be learning their choreography during their weekly class(es). Attendance is extremely important so that each dancer knows their part. Excessive absences may result in your dancer being removed from the dance. This up to teacher’s and/or director’s discretion. Fees payments will not be refunded.

3. Please enter all conflicts, days/dates/times on the Commitment page at the end of this form. No conflicts will be accepted after November 24, 2025. (Audition Date)

4. All fees must be paid by dates specified on the Fee Schedule document. There are no refunds or credits on any fees.

5. Every dancer will be required to provide shoes, 2 pair of tights (per required color) or any under garments that their costume(s) may require.

Excessive Commitments Will Affect Casting. Additional conflicts recieved after casting may result in loss of part or performance.

Refunds: There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Please check your calendar carefully before you sign your dancer up for this production.*

Absences: The studio will continue to follow all the COVID protocols set by the CDC and the County of Fresno. Please keep your child home if they or anyone in the family has symptoms or has tested positive. Please call the office to let them know your child is missing class time or rehearsals due to COVID or any illness. Absences due to other activities will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If a dancer has more than 2 absences, for any reason other than due to illness, the teacher/choreographer has the right to remove them from the dance. No refunds will be given.*
