SPRING/SUMMER 2023

Hanesie Clothes has summer intern positions available for high school senior and college-age individuals! We are a comfort clothing brand founded by Fairfield Native Ellie Haney and our mission is to spread mental health awareness. We provide comfort physically through our clothing and mentally through our vulnerability in speaking on our personal experienes with mental health and also creating a community where people feel safe to talk about their struggles.

This is a primarily in person, part time, unpaid internship opportunity. As we are growing, we are hoping to have our interns help us expand while also teaching them valuable life skills. Anything from starting your own buisness, to the ins and outs of fashion design, social media/brand managment and much more. This will be a very hands on experience where you can learn by actually doing projects and tasks that are imparative to our brand. 

This internship dates will vary. Our 2 options are as follows...

1) We will offer a senior high school internship timeline of mid may to mid June (depending on the school).

2) We will offer a summer internship timeline of late May to late July. (can vary depending)

 To apply for an internship, please complete and submit the following application online. 

Responsibilities will include: packing online orders and bringing to UPS, organizing (products and doing weekly inventory, social media (tik toks, instagram, canva, etc), help with photo shoots and pop up shops (setting up racks, customer service, working shopify register), participating in brainstorming sessions for the brand- we want you to give ideas, input, bring some new thinking to the table, conduct research to help us stay up to date on fashion trends, doing projects and research about spreading mental health awareness. You will learn how to use shopify, excel spreadsheets, customer service skills, behind the scenes of running a small business, research skills and more.
