Rules & Requirements
Applications are accepted on a “first come first serve” basis. Tate County Fair Association reserves the right to accept or refuse any request.
1. Booth schedule will operate at the same time the fair is open to the public and the schedule is as follows: June 19 from 5 pm to 10 pm, June 20 from 5 pm to 11 pm, June 21 from 12 pm to 11 pm.
2. CRAFT and MERCH Booth set up is on June 19th from 1-4 pm.
3. FOOD TRAILER set up starts from 8 am to 2 pm on June 19th
4. IF YOU NEED A SPECIAL TIME OR DAY TO SET UP PLEASE CONTACT US AT 662-255-6281.
5. All vehicles must be moved from the booth area on June 19th by 4:00 pm on set up day, no vehicles will be allowed in the booth area until Saturday June 21st after 11 pm.
6. You can close and pack up and leave early but all your items will have to be taken to your car as no vehicles will be allowed to enter the booth area.
7. Limited electricity is available for an additional $25 on a “first come first serve” basis
8. Bring your own extension cords that you will need for electricity if you choose to pay for electricity.
9. Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, solar lights, generator.
10. There will be overnight security, we are still not responsible for lost or stolen items.
11. TAX FORMS declaration ( sales) will be given when you arrive and will have to be turned in before you pack up your booth, WE turn in your tax money , no exceptions.
RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
In consideration of the granting of the right to participate, artists, participants, and spectators, by execution of this form, release the Tate County Fair Association, the City of Senatobia, the County of Tate, and their officers, directors, and any representatives or workers, property owners, or sponsors connected with the presentation of the Tate County Fair of any claim, injuries, losses, damages or judgements that may be suffered by the entrant, participant or spectator to his person or property and agree to indemnify the aforesaid parties against any loss, liability, expenses or payment resulting from any such loss to person or property.
