    You will usually receive a response to your request within 14 days via email. Please be vigilant on your emails after sending a request, and check your junk/spam folders.

    Please fill out all the information as thoroughly as possible, any submissions which clearly ignore the information asked for may be instantly rejected.

    A non-refundable deposit is required immediately to confirm your booking if your request is accepted.

    GENERAL INFORMATION (please read all the following information before submitting your request):

    LOCATION: 

    S A D G I R L is based in London, UK and works at Aura Ninety Four in North Greenwich. They have no future travel plans or guest spots indefinetly for the foreseeable future.

    S A D G I R L TAKES ON BOTH CUSTOM WORK AND PRE-DESIGNED WORK FROM THEIR INSTAGRAM. THEY DO NOT SELL THEIR DESIGNS FOR OTHER TATTOO ARTISTS TO USE AND DO NOT CONSENT TO OTHER ARTISTS USING THEIR WORK. 

    Micro-oracle designs and small designs (butterflies, spiders ect.) are deemed repeatable. S A D G I R L aims not to repeat designs, but it may happen in some circumstances. If you would like a custom piece please make us aware of this in your booking request.  

    DEPOSIT:

    A deposit is required to confirm your appointment date and time. All deposits are final and non-refundable. Deposits are required within 48 hours of your request being accepted, so please keep an eye on your emails once you've submitted a request. Deposits must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal, and the remainder of your payment MUST be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

    Please note that deposits are strictly non-refundable under ANY circumstances, so please be sure that you can commit to your appointment date and time when booking in. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment once and move your deposit to a new appointment date, provided that you let us know with at least 7 days notice. Rescheduling within 7 days of your appointment date, rescheduling more than once or cancelling/not showing up to the appointment completely will result in a forfeit of deposit. In the event that we need to change either your appointment date or time, we will do our best to notify you at least 14 days prior to the date of your appointment.

  • PLEASE READ - Terms And Conditions:

    RESCHEDULING: If for any reason you need to reschedule, this can be arranged up to 7 days prior to your appointment. Any change to your appointment time and date after this will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment. At our discretion, we will allow for one courtesy reschedule per deposit if given the appropriate amount of notice. If you wish to reschedule your appointment for a second time, this will result in the original deposit being forfitted and a new one collected to secure a future booking. In the event that we need to change either your appointment date or time, we will do our best to notify you at least 14 days prior to the date of your appointment.

    CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    LATENESS & NO-SHOWS: If you are late for your appointment this may affect the length of time we have available. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a no-show. If you are a no-show or cancel within 7 days of the appointment, you will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment.

    DESIGNS, CUSTOMS & CHANGES: Custom designs will only be shown on the day of your appointment. There will be a set amount of time allocated for any small amendments to your custom design for the day of your appointment. Please be open minded when asking for custom work as S A D G I R L will need some creative freedom and flexibility with the work. Some general ideas and references always help - an example would be 'large spider with eyes and wings', but nothing too complicated, elaborate or not a subject matter they have not previously designed or tattooed. You will be provided with a set price if your booking request is successful. However, any major changes to the design or the placement may result in an increase in price or cancellation of the piece. For any complete project changes, changes in size or changes in design of a piece, we must be given 4 weeks notice prior to the appointment. 

    TERMINATION OF PROJECT: We reserve the right to terminate involvement in an appointment or ongoing project at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to lateness, repeated rescheduling, revisions to the overall scope of the project, etc. Termination of the project is not grounds for a refund of any existing payments/deposits. Please also be aware that in the case of any significant changes to an appointment i.e. reducing the size of the project from a full day session to a small sized piece may result in the deposit not being deducted off the final total.
