A total of 10 images of yourself must be emailed to myself (GoddessCyn) at cyn.santana786@gmail.com

Three pictures are mandatory:

Image 1: must include your Legal Government ID. This is to prove who you are & prove legal age.

Image 2: This photo must include your full face while being naked. In this photo, please write a sign saying "I am_______ and I am legally bound by Goddess Cyn for the next three months''

Image 3: Must be a photograph of yourself licking a toilet seat. Your face must be visible. 

All other images can be of any body part taking place of any legal consensual sexual activity involving any kinks or fetishes. 

By signing this contract, you agree that the undersigned commit myself to a period of three (3) months of voluntary blackmail.  During this time I commit to obey Goddess Cyn at all times.  I swear to carry out all commands and assignments with the exceptions of anything involving physical pain, marking or any type of permanent damage, whether it be physical or mental. During this time my life belongs to Goddess; it is not my own.

By signing this contract I also submit to any monetary or financial demands Goddess Cyn may make of me and I swear to fulfill any and all requests she makes of me in this regard.

By Signing this contract, you agree to pay $100 a week due every Friday, as previously discussed.

If I renege on any part of this contract Goddess Cyn has my permission to contact my spouse or partner and/or my boss and reveal all the details (including but not limited to photos and video). Goddess Cyn has acquired by any means whether voluntarily offered by me or procured in any other way.

This contract will last for no more than three calendar months. Additional arrangements may become available in the future. If I want to terminate this contract at any time due to an emergency, family bereavement, loss of income or any issues pertaining to my health, I will pay Goddess Cyn the sum of $2400.

If I fail in any task, at any time during the period as mentioned above Goddess Cyn has my permission to send the information I have provided here and the photos. I have sent to her email address (cyn.santana786@gmail.com) as well as any photographs or information GoddessCyn has procured throughout the duration that this contract is in effect to my Spouse/Partner or Boss even if the period stipulated in this contract has elapsed.

Payment will be made in any way deemed appropriate by Goddess Cyn, which is via LoyalFans.

All transactions will be recorded by GoddessCyn and may be recorded by the slave, This is for the protection of both parties.

Unless given written permission by Goddess Cyn (this may be via email) I do not have permission to interact with any other Mistress’ or Masters.

I, the undersigned do hereby swear that I sign this willingly and under no undue stress, pressure or threat of any kind.

By filling out the attached form and submitting Goddess Cyn's signup fee of £50.00 (which can be paid via LoyalFans if we have spoken on there beforehand) I understand that I’m consenting to a blackmail contract with Goddess Cyn. I will be respectful at all times, and I will do as I’m told. I will not question Goddess Cyn’s commands.

Once this contract is sent to Goddess Cyn, I understand that it is up to her exclusively when this contract is terminated (it will not go past 3 months unless otherwise stated by all parties involved). I will follower her rules until a time that she chooses to end the contract. All contracts are binding, and no legal action can be taken by me or any representation as a result of any blackmail actions that occur as a result of this contract.

 I agree to complete whatever payment schedule Goddess Cyn and I  have decided upon. Goddess Cyn’s monthly service fee is £400.00 which is to be paid weekly at £100.00, due every Friday.

I understand that other services such as Skype and cam calls will be determined by Goddess Cyn's rate, as stipulated on her website www.goddess-cyn.co.uk/sessions-online

I hereby agree and in fact, I wish to provide Goddess Cyn with my personal information to be consensually blackmailed.

By filling out this form, I agree that I do this of my own free will and that Goddess Cyn has the last say about the contracts changes or terms. I provide the following information freely and voluntarily. I have not been coerced or defrauded into giving such information and understand that release of this information by Goddess Cyn will be of her own discretion.

Once this document is filled out and signed, all information is the sole property of Goddess Cyn and she can do with it as she wishes.

I further agree to follow explicitly and unquestioningly instructions, unless such instructions are illegal or physically harmful to myself or another. I understand that failure to explicitly and obediently follow such instruction will invoke the release of any or all of the information provided below to the designated parties or to any other party Goddess Cyn deems fit. If I am unable to comply with instructions for any reason I will immediately communicate the intention to Goddess Cyn so she may assign me with alternative assignments or instructions.

I understand that this contract is for an undetermined period. I know that should Goddess Cyn decide to cut ties with me that she would safely dispose of all information that I have provided. I understand that Goddess Cyn if she so chooses, has the right to change any terms at any time. If I do not wish to break ties with Goddess Cyn, she will have full control over when I am, or if I am ever released (no more than 3 months unless all involved agree). If I wish to break this blackmail contract, I must submit a written request to Goddess Cyn, and if she chooses to release me, she will provide a letter, signed by Goddess Cyn for release to take effect. The cost of that fee is £2400.

Goddess Cyn will email you back once she receives your TRIBUTE with your information. Be prepared to submit at least 10 humiliating photos and a picture of your GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDENTIFICATION to prove your identity. Along with other particular photos requested in this form.

By signing below you agree to all aspects of this form and you agree to not press charges or sue due to the fact that you decided to do this Blackmail program on your own free will.
