REGISTRATION OPEN UNTIL AUGUST 2 (as capacity allows)
GENERAL LOCATIONS
Product Vendor: $300 (with 10x10 canopy, 6ft table, and two chairs)
Food Canopy: $400 (with 10x10 canopy, 6ft table, and two chairs)
To accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions, all food vendors must have a hearty vegetarian or vegan option (for example: rice and beans, vegetable curry, plantain dishes, etc.)
PREMIUM LOCATIONS (Booths Closest to Entertainment Stage)
Product Vendor: $500 (with 10x10 canopy, 6ft table, and two chairs)
*Non-Profit: $100 off * with proof of 501(c)3 tax exempt status
*All canopies are equipped with electric outlets, you are responsible for your own extension cords*
*Vendor registration includes only 2 (3 for food) festival admission tickets, which is given to whomever checks in as the vendor day of. All other vendor personnel must purchase a festival ticket and show their QR Code to be banded with a wristband for entry. Festival admission is $7 Presale and $10 day of. PrideFête Tickets are cashless ticket purchases. Ticket are now available at: PrideFeteTickets.
*Liability Insurance Requirement: Every vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance upon or immediately after registering as a vendor. If you do not have access to a COI we will have Insurance for you to purchase at a small cost from our Insurance provider. Such information will be provided once available it becomes available to us. Important note: regardless if when or if our insurance company provides COI purchasing for vendors, it is the vendors sole responsibility to make sure they have coverage. No coverage means your forfeit your rights to your vendor booth.
Consent Disclaimer: With purchase of ticket, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed for promotional use by organizers during the event, and possible bag checks, body checks and/or use of metal detectors at the entrance of the event or throughout the premises. No weapons of any kind are permitted anywhere throughout the premises of the event.
*Please remember that this is a rain or shine event and that there are NO REFUNDS if you choose not to participate, affected by weather or other acts of god.
