    Dear parents, thank you for choosing us to host your event. Kindly fill the birthday party request form to enable us make advance plans for the party/event. Global Art San Ramon will contact you for further discussion on the party/event.

  • Party Terms & Conditions

    • A non-refundable deposit (minimal of 8 participants) is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will go towards the total party cost.
    • We request for the following to avoid any additional charges.
      • Party ends and venue is vacated on time. Late fee of $30/30 mins will be charged if the party runs beyond allocated time.
      • Venue is left in acceptable condition and there are no minor damages
    • Party can be transferred to another date/time with notification of at least 7 days. If you change your party date with less than a 7 days’ notice, a $100 transfer fee will apply.
    • Extended party time can be requested based on availability at the rate of $30/30 minutes.
    • The final headcount will be confirmed 3 days before the party date, and the final invoice will be issued based on this headcount. Global Art is not responsible for any no-shows.
    • Parties include instructions and all art supplies, instructors, exclusive use of venue for 2.5 hours.
    • Food and beverages, snacks and cutleries as well as themed decorations are provided by the host.
    • Each guest attending the party is required to review and sign a waiver form as this is a drop-off session.
    • The party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests should arrive at Global Art center 5-10 minutes before party time for check in.
    • Only regular candles are allowed. No sparkling/incredible candles please.
