This could be a project you've delivered on your own, in collaboration with others, or led in a community. We just want to get a feel for the work that most excites you. Tell us about the project, its aims, and most importantly your role in it.

Our community space is accessible online, and has members from aroud the world who are joined together by their own desire to learn, share, connect and collaborate. Nobody  in the community has 'the answers' - people are here to offer their existing skills and knowledge whilst continuing to develop their understanding of what it means to be a regenerative, equity and/or systems designer.

Therefore it is diverse and multidisciplinary, with a culture of opennness and curiosity. Active discussions, sharing resources, regular events and talks, workshops, co-learning and coaching are all a feature of our community environment, with activities always being developed and driven by the needs of the community.

    Community behaviours

As you may expect, we have set principles and guidance for community members. These can be seen via this link.

    Is it right for you?

The community is a mixture of experience and different levels of knowledge and undnerstanding, so if you're looking for an 'expert-only' space, then this probably isn't right for you.

We also have a focus on Action Learning, and we're here to support each other in creating impact through applying our learning in the 'real world'. The community exists to support each other in this endeavour and to seek collaborative opportunities to undertake projects. Those looking to contribute and actively participate in designing and creating for community-led projects will always be prioritised for admission to Solvers community. This is a community of practice, and therefore there's an expectation members will act, as well as talk and share.
