Returning vendors have until AUGUST 1 by midnight to retain your booth space from 2022. You may apply online or download an application packet and mail it in.

CHANGES FOR 2023

Password-protected WIFI for vendors provided by Vyve. (Corrections will be made to ensure vendors can access WIFI for sales. It will NOT be open to the general public.) Please note, Verizon has limited access in our area.

Dedicated Food Park for Food Vendors. Food Booth fees are reduced for this year as we make the changes. Please bring a generator. Placement preference will be given to returning vendors.

Food Truck/Trailer Fire Safety Certification. Food Trucks/Trailers must have current Fire Safety Certification or contact the Crockett Fire Department to certify your Truck/Trailer prior to the event. If you have a certification from a previous Festival, it will be accepted. Contact CFD at (936) 544-5553 *Requirement by the Crockett Fire Department.

Past Vendor Preference for Applications DEADLINE. Past Vendor Applications must be Received or Postmarked by Aug 1. Past vendors lose their space if an application is received after August 1. A $20 Late fee is added to all applications after August 1.

October 27
Application Deadline (Must be Received or Postmarked by this Date).

No Refunds. In the event you need to cancel, your Christmas in Crockett Account will be credited for the following year up until Sept 1 midnight.
After Sept 1, no account credits will be given.

Application and payment must be received by October 27, 2023.
