Burnout Assessment- Explained
This assessment is designed to determine the severity of your burnout by asking questions in the following three areas: Emotional exhaustion, Social/Relationships, and Achievement/Workplace. The objective isn't to diagnose, but to make you aware of your risk of burnout and how it affects you.
Answer the following questions honestly on a scale of 1 (Never) to 5 (Everyday) to the best of your ability. Your scores will be added up for interpretation on where you are in your risk for burnout.
