  • How to decide which ticket to buy

    Tickets you can buy immediatly

    • "Essential" ticket: To access our exclusive digital content (PFF 21 & 22 replays) + the 3 online speed meeting sessions of the year, and be part of the community at the lowest possible price. NB: there is no included access to the leaders summit either in person nor digitaly in that ticket.
    • "Premium" ticket: To be an active member of the community, take advantage of all the contents with additional networking functions, + an access to the in person Paris Fintech Night +  the possibility to get invited to our other in person events of the year (not guaranteed of course) like the PFF Debate & Dinner in November or the Women in Finance Lunch in October. NB: there is no included access to the leaders summit either in person nor digitaly in that ticket.

      

    Tickets subject to approval -> 2 steps buying process

    NB: you need to be approved by the organizer to buy a Ruby or a Diamond ticket as the #PFF Leaders Summit event is a restricted access one. Among our selection criteria are your industry, job profile, country, ... to ensure diversity and high level of interactions.
    • "Ruby" ticket:  get all the Premium advantages + all previous content replays of the PFF since inception + access to the Fin&Tech Master Classes organized during the last half day of the  PFF Leaders Summit the 31/05 in Paris. You will be able to enjoy top level exclusive courses on Fin&Tech by the leaders of the industry themselves. Those sessions are very limited in attendance and accessible only to Ruby & Diamond tickets. NB: there is no included access to the Leaders Summit either in person nor digitaly in that ticket.
      • -->> There will be only 200 "Ruby"  tickets on sale.

    • "Diamond" ticket: get all the Ruby advantages + a full access to the #PFF Leaders Summit the 30 & 31 of May 2023, including the Fin&Tech Master Classes + the dedicated networking app of that event. This exclusive in person event is a restricted access one, without any exhibition floor nor sponsors' demo, it will be dedicated only to top level thought leadership and networking.  Panel & interview sessions will be organized over 3 stages, won't be filmed nor broadcasted, and will leverage interactions between all kind of participants. Attendees will be by definition as important as speakers. This event is therefore very limited in attendance and accessible only to Diamond tickets holders for the vast majority of it (Ruby tickets holders will be able to access some areas the second day afternoon). 
      • -->> There will be only 600 "Diamond" tickets on sale, including speakers.
  •  Payment methods

    • Credit or Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, CB and American Express. 
    • Wire/Bank transfer: Please note that:

    - Altéir Event’s bank account information are sent once you've been register and select this option as a payment method.
    - Payment orders by wire transfer are much longer to treat and you may experience important delays to access our platform. If you need a quick access, please use another mean of payment.
    - Attention:
        > Any order not fully paid 2 weeks after registration may result in a cancelled ticket. In this case, the participant will have to restart the registration process and may lose any previously offered price reduction.
        > Payment orders by wire transfer for Ruby & Diamonds tickets, the only tickets giving access to the #PFF Leaders’ Summit, won’t be accepted from May 15, 2023 due to the long settlement period.


    - Please contact tickets@parisfintechforum.com for any concern on the limitations of this payment method to try to find a suitable solution for you.

    • On invoicing: if you want to receive an invoice to be settled, and eventually add on it a reference number, please select the option "on invoice" at the end of the process on the payment wall.

     

     

     Invoices

    • You can find your invoice in a pdf format attached with your ticket confirmation email. You would receive this after the ticket purchase. If the email addresses of the buyer and the participant are different, you can choose when registering on which you want to receive the invoice. Please also check your Spam inbox. 
    • Invoices cannot be modified once they have been issued. Please ensure entering the correct data during the registration process. 
    • According to the French law on congresses and forums, French 10% VAT must be included in the total amount paid by the buyer disregarding the country of purchase.
  • Refunds, transfers, cancellation

    • Tickets are nominative and can't be used by another person than the registered attendee.
    • The participant email will be used as its login credential on the event platform, an ID may be asked to access in person events venues,
    • Tickets are issued only after a full settlement. Once issued, tickets are non transferable,
    • Tickets are in general non transferable and non refundable. 2 exceptions to that rule

                - All tickets can be canceled and then refunded before April 30 2023 if the participant did not use at all any of the benefits of its ticket. A processing fee of 30% of the ticket cost will then be charged and the remaining amount refunded on the initial mean of payment used by the participant,

                - If the PFF Leaders Summit is cancelled without any new date proposed for an in person edition in a delay of 12 months following the initial event date, the Diamond & Ruby tickets will be fully refunded without any admin or processing fees but with a deduction of cards & banks settlement fees if any,
    • Unless exceptions, we can't manage tickets upgrade, please choose carefully your ticket category or you will have to buy a new ticket to change your category. 
    • A ticket bought without following the eligibility conditions (for instance the one for the special prices reserved for Past PFF attendees or for early stage startups), or by using a promo code without authorisation, may be cancelled at any time without notice,
  • Other Information

    • All our content sessions, being live or online, will only be available in English. The website platform that will allow you to participate to the different sessions and networking activities is also only available in English, 
    • It takes usually a few minutes, but in some rare cases a delay of up to 3 working days is needed to activate your access to the PFF Communities platform after the issuance of the ticket, 
    • Data: unless specifically written in a dedicated customer journey or if you willingly share your information with someone in the platform (networking, ...), we will never share your personnal contact details with a third party, even with our sponsors.

  • Should be Empty:
