Per BC Soccer’s Rules & Regulations: RULE 1 – Regulations Regarding Variations of the Game of Soccer a) Members may submit requests for dispensation to BC Soccer’s Rules & Regulations to the BC Soccer Board of Directors via the BC Soccer office. A rationale must be provided. Dispensation may or may not be granted at the discretion of the BC Soccer Board of Directors
