Please read this carefully as there are a few changes from what we've done in the past since we're at a different course this year.

Cost:
$150/single player
$600/team package (four players + sponsor sign on one hole)

Included:
Putting contest, greens fee, cart, range balls, boxed lunch with two drink tickets.

Notes:

A confirmation will be sent to each player prior to the tournament. Be sure to include their email address below.

This is a private club; collared shirts are mandatory.

Shotgun start at 9:00 am

Additional drinks are available for purchase throughout the day from the beverage cart. The beverage cart does NOT accept debit/credit cards; CASH only. There is no ATM on site.

$20 Mulligans will be offered at check-in. CASH only!

Player substitutions are allowed. No refunds given for cancellations after April 15.
All payments are due by April 30.
