Gallatin Farmers Market - Vendor Application
Before completing your vendor application, please read the following information carefully to determine if the Gallatin Farmers Market is the right fit for you: The Gallatin Farmers Market is thoughtfully curated by the market management team. Vendors are selected based on the market’s needs and at the discretion of the managers. Please note that completing the application does not guarantee a spot at the market, as we do maintain a waitlist. Selection is based on several factors, including: How your business supports local agriculture or food entrepreneurship.How your products contribute to the overall variety of the market.Your ability to supply at least $500 worth of inventory for every market day.We are excited about your interest in joining the Gallatin Farmers Market — a vibrant and diverse community of merchants and supporters.
Fee Information:
Market fees are collected upon acceptance of your application. $25 Weekly or $135 Seasonally (Saturdays May 3 through September 27 or a total of 22 Saturdays) for a 10’x10’ space. If your booth is larger or smaller than a 10'X10' please email farmersmarket@gallatintn.org for additional pricing information. Half Booths, 5' deep by 10' wide may be available. All market vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1 million minimum, listing the Gallatin Farmers Market, City of Gallatin, and the Gallatin Chamber of Commerce as additional insured).
