HERE ARE THE BASICS (a quick Overview of what you need to know)

LOCATION:  Santa Fe Hotel Ballroom in Las Vegas

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Sun June 15:  Early Early check in day.

Mon june 16:  Early check in day - staff set up,  optional “just for fun” Doll Party,  Early Cinderella & Baby Registration,  "Meet & Greet" State Royalty, & "Scoresheet Interview", "Score Sheet Talent,"

Tues June 17:  Baby pageant, Director's Meeting,  Cinderella Registration & Cameo Pageant, Welcome Banquet, (normal check in day for Cinderella participants)

Wed June 18: Orientation/Get Acquainted, Interviews, "Disco Cindy 70's"  Lunch Party, Tot Personality/Talent, Prince Gilbert Party

Thurs June 19:  Casualwear, "Gold n Glam" Lunch, Partywear, Tea time, Royalty Tribute

Fri June 20:  Rehearsal, Tot Color time, Chi Gamma Sorority Social, Grand Finals, 50yr Golden Celebration Party.

Sat June 21:  Awards Breakfast & Check out of hotel & drive home.

Sun June 22:  Father's Day with your "Dad"

WHAT DOES IT COST: 

REQUIRED ENTRY FEE: required by all participants:  $775

(includes  Chi Gamma Fee, photogenic, entry & special services fee, program book,

T-shirt for participant, Reg. packet, and insurance for participant & chaperone)

REQUIRED HONOR ROLL FEE (For those already qualified for Internationals with their deposits into IPPI Cinderella:  $250

REQUIRED FEE: (pick a housing plan OR just 2 badge/meal plan & stay at home)

       Badge/meal plan cost per person:  $340  (includes admission to all events               and 4 major meal functions) or $680 Total for 2 people)

RELEASE FORM

As the parents (legal guardian) of the participant named above at the Nevada State Cinderella Girl Pageant, I do hearby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives, and provisions for winners & contestants as set forth in the Official Rules & Regulations, IPPI "International Productions & Publications, Inc"  and by Nevada State Cinderella Pageant.

I agree to hold IPPI, and/or Nevada Cinderella Scholarship Pageant, Santa Fe Hotel & Casino,  its directors & staff members harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, injury, during or resulting from my child's participation in the Nevada State Cinderella Girl Pageant.

I also accept the full responsibility for the regulation of hours and personal activities of the participant.  Participants must be accompanied by an adult chaperone at all times while in the hotel anywhere on the premises. 

 I understand and agree that should an act of God (earthquake, fire, government mandate, or any other natural disaster) cause the cancelation of the pageant, the said pageant will be cancelled without benefit or refund - however the pageant will be rescheduled at another time & location.

I also confirm that all of the submitted information and forms are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, including birthdate and city of residence. 

I understand that any and all additional charges to my room during Cinderella Week (phone calls, valet service, room service, etc.) are my sole responsibility and hereby agree to pay such charges immediately upon checking out of the hotel at the conclusion of the pageant. 

I hereby have read and understand the rules and regulations governing the payment of scholarship awards, and all other prizes and awards noted in the "Special Information and answers to your Questions" booklet.  

If my daughter is one of the young ladies, who receive any crown (Overall, Beauty, Talent/Tot Personality, Photogenic, Cover Girl, Community Support, or Cameo Girl) or who participates in the Cinderella Girl pageant this week.  I give my permission for her picture and name to be used on the website, or in future advertising for the next year's Cinderella Girl Program.

I further agree that if my participant is chosen as one of the four Overall Winners (Tot thru Teen) for my division that she will attend the International Finals for Nevada to be held in Dallas Texas the end of July 2026 and that she will attend at least 65% of all scheduled Cinderella events throughout the year.  The Cinderella Woman is encouraged to attend the International Finals and participate in Cinderella events throughout the year.

I further agree that should she win the Overall Title she will not participate in any other pageant system until she has crowned her successor.

Deadline for forms, photo for program book, ads and deposit of $200 is May 15, 2026

Early Incentive  Deadline is April 15, 2026 to get an additional $50 discount (must have Entry Forms & $1,000 paid towards your state account to qualifty)

There are a few additional Incentives

You will want to know about:

1)  The first entry form received with $1,000 of their fees paid will be placed in the division Line-up of numbers - In other words if you are the first entry in with $1000 on account, then you will be Last onstage and then it moves forward from there.

2)  For anyone who submits the $50 deposit fee, I will send you your State Raffle Tickets to help raise $ for State.

3)  For anyone who submits $200 of their fees towards state either by January 31st for those in the Winner's Circle  or within 30 days after their first preliminary this season -  you will receive a $25 credit for the "Scoresheet Practice Interviews" at State prior to actual interviews with optional judges and immediate feedback in preparation for your interview for state. (Normal cost for  Scoresheet Interview is $25)

Participants may pay their Balance Due at registration but are encouraged to pre-pay their fees to avoid waiting in line on the day of pageant.   You can pay online anytime using the "Nevada State Deposit & Payment" Form.  If you choose to pay your balance at the Pageant, payment must be made in cash, credit card, or certified funds...no checks! DISCOUNT NOTE:  These will be applied if applicable once the Cinderella State Office enters your information and then a receipt  will be emailed to you.

1)  Sibling Discount $50 (2 participants from the same household - $25 per participant)

2)  Early Bird Discount of $50 will be applied if all your entry forms and $1,000.00 of your money has been applied to your account by April 15, 2026

3)  Winter Cameo Scholarship of $75 if you won overall at either Reno or Las Vegas.

4)  Cinderella Preliminary Scholarship of $75 if you participated in a preliminary this year or you are in the Winner's Circle.

5)  Advertising Discount as follows: (The advertising credit that will be figured into your credits for total ads over $150 -- After the first $150 advertising - the rest is split 50/50 - so half of it will go as credit on your Cinderella account).

2)  Please include # of T-shirts above and sizes above OR use separate “T-shirt Size Form”.

3)  For State Photographs from A&W Photography & State Videos from Hanson Productions (use separate forms)

4)  State Cameo, Score Sheet Talent Showcase, Score Sheet Interview  (Check above or use separate form)

5)  Check Advertising above OR use additional Advertising Form which can be used to give to anyone you want to submit separate from your form,  but you don't need the form if you have listed your advertising above.

6)  BE SURE TO EMAIL PARTICIPANT'S PHOTOGRAPH YOU WANT PRINTED IN THE PROGRAM BOOK PHOTO ROSTER BY THE MAY 15TH DEADLINE
