Nevada State Cinderella Grand Finals is June 17-June 21, 2024

Sun june 16:  staff set up and optional “just for fun” Doll Party, "Meet & Greet" State Royalty, & "Invitation only Interview Rehearsal"

Mon June 17:  Baby pageant, Score Sheet Talent, Cinderella Registration & Cameo Pageant, Director's Meeting (normal check in day for Cinderella participants)

Tues June 18: Orientation/Get Acquainted, Interviews, Welcome Lunch, Tot Personality/Talent, Chi Gamma Social

Wed June 19:  Casualwear, Prince Gilbert Lunch, Partywear, Tea time, Royalty Tribute

Thurs June 20:  Rehearsal, Tot Color time, New York City Lunch Party, Grand Finals, Awards Banquet

Fri June 21:  Check out of hotel.

REQUIRED ENTRY FEE: required by all participants:  $770

(includes  Chi Gamma Fee, photogenic, entry & special services fee, program book,

T-shirt for participant, Media Link, Reg. packet, and insurance for participant & chaperone)

RELEASE FORM

As the parents (legal guardian) of the participant named above at the Nevada State Cinderella Girl Pageant, I do hearby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives, and provisions for winners & contestants as set forth in the Official Rules & Regulations, IPPI "International Productions & Publications, Inc"  and by Nevada State Cinderella Pageant.

I agree to hold IPPI, and/or Nevada Cinderella Scholarship Pageant, Santa Fe Hotel & Casino,  its directors & staff members harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, injury, during or resulting from my child's participation in the Nevada State Cinderella Girl Pageant.

I also accept the full responsibility for the regulation of hours and personal activities of the participant.  Participants must be accompanied by an adult chaperone at all times while in the hotel anywhere on the premises. 

 I understand and agree that should an act of God (earthquake, fire, government mandate, or any other natural disaster) cause the cancelation of the pageant, the said pageant will be cancelled without benefit or refund - however the pageant will be rescheduled at another time & location.

I also confirm that all of the submitted information and forms are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, including birthdate and city of residence. 

I understand that any and all additional charges to my room during Cinderella Week (phone calls, valet service, room service, etc.) are my sole responsibility and hereby agree to pay such charges immediately upon checking out of the hotel at the conclusion of the pageant. 

I hereby have read and understand the rules and regulations governing the payment of scholarship awards, and all other prizes and awards noted in the "Special Information and answers to your Questions" booklet.  

If my daughter is one of the young ladies, who receive any crown (Overall, Beauty, Talent/Tot Personality, Photogenic, Cover Girl, Community Support, or Cameo Girl) or who participates in the Cinderella Girl pageant this week.  I give my permission for her picture and name to be used on the website, or in future advertising for the next year's Cinderella Girl Program.

I further agree that if my participant is chosen as one of the four Overall Winners (Tot thru Teen) for my division that she will attend the International Finals for Nevada to be held in Dallas Texas the end of July 2024 and that she will attend at least 65% of all scheduled Cinderella events throughout the year.  The Cinderella Woman is encouraged to attend the International Finals and participate in Cinderella events throughout the year.

I further agree that should she win the Overall Title she will not participate in any other pageant system until she has crowned her successor.

Deadline for forms, photo for program book, ads and deposit of $200 is May 15, 2024

Early Incentive  Deadline is April 15, 2024 to get an additional $50 discount (must have Entry Forms & $1,000 paid towards your state account to qualifty)

There are a few additional Incentives

You will want to know about:

1)  The first entry form received with $1,000 of their fees paid will be placed in the division Line-up of numbers - In other words if you are the first entry in with $1000 on account, then you will be Last onstage and then it moves forward from there.

2)  For anyone who submits the $50 deposit fee to state prior to Jan 15th or within 30 days after their preliminary in the Spring - you will receive a special "Meet and Greet" the State Cinderella Royalty TICKET prior to the State Pageant.  -----  IN ADDITION as soon as your Deposit is in, I will send you your State Raffle Tickets to help raise $ for State.

3)  For anyone who submits $200 of their fees either by Jan 15th or within 30 days after their preliminary in the Spring - you will become apart of the "Interview Bootcamp"  We will hold an private individual zoom interview session in late April early May with judges fedback - AS WELL AS we will hold "Practice Interviews" at State on the set up date with optional judges immediate fedback in preparation for your interview for state.

Participants may pay their Balance Due at registration but are encouraged to pre-pay their fees to avoid waiting in line on the day of pageant.   You can pay online anytime using the "Nevada State Deposit & Payment" Form.  If you choose to pay your balance at the Pageant, payment must be made in cash, credit card, or certified funds...no checks! 1) Be sure to fill out your “Emcee Card Form” To be read at State.

2)  Please include # of T-shirts above and sizes above or on separate “T-shirt Size Form”.

3)  For State Photographs from A&W Photography (use separate form)

4)  State Cameo Score Sheet Talent Showcase or Score Sheet Interview  (girls age 2 and above) (Check above or use separate form)

5)  Check Advertising above or use additional Advertising Form which can be used to give to anyone you want to submit separate from your form,  but you don't need the form if you have listed your advertising above.

6)  BE SURE TO EMAIL PARTICIPANT'S PHOTOGRAPH YOU WANT PRINTED IN THE PROGRAM BOOK PHOTO ROSTER BY THE MAY 15TH DEADLINE

7)  For MiniMiss, Miss, Teen & Women - BE SURE TO EMAIL YOUR TALENT MUSIC AND TITLE BY May 15th deadline  to  CinderellaNevadaMUSIC@Gmail.com

8)  Use the “Payment-Deposit Form” to make any payments to your account.  Once the State office has created/updated your Entry fees an email receipt will be emailed to you.

DISCOUNT NOTE:  These will be applied if applicable once the Cinderella State Office does the Receipt that will be emailed to you.

1)  Sibling Discount $50 (2 participants from the same household - $25 per participant)

2)  Early Bird Discount of $50 will be applied if all your entry forms and $1,000.00 of your money has been applied to your account by April 15, 2024

3)  Winter Cameo Scholarship of $75 if you won overall at either Reno or Las Vegas.

4)  Cinderella Preliminary Scholarship of $75 if you participanted in a preliminary this year.

5)  Advertising Discount as follows: (The advertising credit that will be figured into your credits for total ads over $150 -- After the first $150 advertising - the rest is split 50/50 - so half of it will go as credit on your Cinderella account).
