2023 OA Spring Retreat Registration Form

Happy, Joyous, and Free | April 21-23, 2023 | Steiner Bell Lodge at Wafloy Mountain Retreat

Middle Tennessee Intergroup must pay for rooms and meals in advance. Therefore, advance registration and payment are required. Please register and send payment no later than April 7, 2023. Late registration will be accepted if space permits.

Cancellation policy: Because of our commitment to Wafloy Mountain Retreat and the food caterer, refunds for room and meals will not be available if cancelled after April 12, 2023.

Meals (4)	$78 per person (Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday breakfast. Tips and beverages included.)

COVID-19 Guidelines

We will follow all CDC guidelines and Wafloy protocols. Covid-19 vaccination is encouraged. Social distancing will be a personal choice; you will have the opportunity to note your comfort level with physical distance on your nametag.
