$175 due on Saturday, February 4, 2023 (includes registration, 1st month and rehearsal attire)

$150 due on or befor Wednesday, March 1, 2023

$150 due on or before Saturday, April 1, 2023

$150 due on or before Monday, May 1, 2023

***After the 5th of each month, payments will be considered late and a $25 late fee will be assessed. Dancers will not be able to participate until fees are paid.

CONCERT FEE

$200 due on or before Saturday, April 22, 2023

TICKET MONEY

FINALE T-SHIRT MONEY

All dancers are required to sell 10 tickets. Tickets are $30 each.

I blanks* understand and accept the financial requirements set forth by the Young Contemporary Dance Theatre, LLC. I also understand that any dancer that fails to satisfy all financial commitments may result in the exclusion of the company's final performance, tentative concert date TBA. By signing this financial obligation form, I agree to submit payments in the full amount on the dates provided above. I understand and agree that all payments are non-refundable (personal checks will not be accepted). I understand that masks are required in the Supa Studio and a COVID-19 form will be provided on the day of the audition. I also understand and accept that membership in The Young Contemporary Dance Theatre means that membership in or at any other personal dance company or team is forbidden. *This does not include school or church related organizations. ALL DANCERS MUST BE PICKED UP ON TIME. YOUNG CONTEMPORARY DANCE THEATRE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DANCERS LEFT AFTER REHEARSAL IS OVER.
