Car & Truck Show - Fiddler Crab Festival 2025

The Steinhatchee Fiddler Crab Festival features displays by some of the most talented artists and craftsmen. You may pay with Paypal or at the show. By completing payment, you agree to the Vendor Waiver on the second page of this form. The date for the 2025 festival is February 14-16. Trophies will be award for the following: BEST IN SHOW, Best 1930-present, Best Truck, Best Street Rod, Best Muscle Car, Best Rat Rod. You are invited and encouraged to participate and "show off" in the parade!

1. Please note that your space will not be held unless the enclosed application with full payment is received and approved.

2. BE PREPARED FOR RAIN OR SHINE, as the show will go on.

3. Cars should be in place no later than Saturday 11:30 a.m. Vehicle must be removed NLT 6 p.m. Saturday. The show time is from Sat 11:30-3:00.

4. The Festival reserves the right to deny Application at our sole discretion. You will be notified of acceptance.

5. No refunds once application is submitted.
