1. Please note that your booth space will not be held unless the enclosed application with full payment is received NLT 1 Jan 2019.
2. Booth Appearance is extremely important Exhibitor must furnish their own canopy, tables, chairs, trash receptacles, etc. The more attractive your booth, the better you will sell. BE PREPARED FOR RAIN OR SHINE, as the show will go on.
3. Vehicle must be removed from vending area NLT 9am Saturday. The event time is from Sat 10:00-5:00 and Sun 10:00-4:00. No break down before 3pm Sun (You must be available for Poker Run shoppers).
4. The Festival reserves the right to deny Application at our sole discretion. You will be notified of acceptance.
5. No refunds unless your application is declined.
