  • I hereby consent to the collection, processing and storage of my personal data by THE DEVELOPER (the "Company") for legitimate purpose(s) pursuant exclusively to my transaction with the company. Further, I agree that all information disclosed and entrusted to me by THE DEVELOPER (the "Company") shall be used solely for sales and marketing purposes and shall remain at all times the property of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Pursuant thereto, shall not disclose, share and/or distribute, under any circumstances, whatever information I have received or may receive from THE DEVELOPER.

  • 1. The term of accreditation will be dependent on the Memorandum of Agreement.

    2. There shall be no employer-employee relationship between myself and THE DEVELOPER.

    3. I agree to perform the following tasks:

    3.1. Secure, read and comply strictly with all written policies and Marketing Agreement of THE DEVELOPER

    3.2. Promptly assist buyers in the execution of all THE DEVELOPER official documents to consummate sales, including loan documents of banks/financing companies;

    3.3. Give at least a 30-day's notice to THE DEVELOPER in case I decide to leave my sales agency/company:

    3.4. Return all THE DEVELOPER Sales Kit and Materials upon my separation from the sales agency/company

    4. THE DEVELOPER may at any time withdraw accreditation if any of the following occurs:

    4.1. Any misrepresentation in this application

    4.2. Failure to comply with any of THE DEVELOPER wriften policies;

    4.3. Commission of any act prejudicial to the interest of THE DEVELOPER, its directors, officers, employees, other agents, as well as its projects:

    4.4. Falsification or abetting in the falsification of any document for the purpose of generating a sale:

    4.5. Performance of any unauthorized act.

    4.6. Section 4.1 to 4.5 shall also pertain to the Sales Agents of the Brokerage

    Abide by the Memorandum of Agreement governing accredited brokers of THE DEVELOPER and its assigns;

    Actively participate in all sales and marketing activities of THE DEVELOPER and its assigns

    I understand that failure to satisfy any of the conditions mentioned above and any false statements/information herein may be grounds for THE DEVELOPER to disapprove my application for accreditation.
