Please read the following terms & conditions carefully.

Internet Account Terms

You will be billed pro-rata from order date (includes installation amount and first month's subscription)
Any temporary internet will be added to your bill
Two full calendar months’ notice is required, and 6 calender months’ notice on any promotional packages.
Please note this service includes any other cost of the installation and a free-to-use (basic) wireless router, which remains the property of Dinges Tech.
In no event will Dinges Tech be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages caused by the client, a fee will be charged should it be applicable. (For example, any router cable unplugged and/or any damage caused upon the equipment, etc)
If the Service is cancelled within the 1st year of activation, then you will be liable for any activation and or installation fee(s) and will be invoiced for same, due as stated on the invoice.
In the event that the account is in arrears, the client shall be held liable for any outstanding costs. Furthermore, by requesting cancellation, the client acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the debt.

Signature Terms

By accepting these Terms & Conditions (ticking the box on this digital form), I agree to the use of electronic signatures for all documents and transactions related to my account. This means that any document or transaction that requires a signature can be signed electronically, and that electronic signature will have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
