  • Accurx Modules & Toolkits

  • Our features have been grouped into three toolkits that ensure practices, and health boards at large, can be as efficient as possible – no matter their budgets.
     
    The table below shows a summary of which features are included with which toolkit:
    🥉 Bronze provides the core package for patient messaging, already used by more than 80% of practices.
    🥈 Silver provides the simple online consultation and messaging tools needed for effective digital-first primary care.
    🥇 Gold is the GP's preferred, all-in-one toolkit for Modern General Practice Access.

    Please note:

    • The Annual Licence Fee does not include VAT and SMS Costs
    • Modules within bundles can be purchased separately but work out cheaper when bundled.
    • If your ICB or Health Board has already procured one or more of the Accurx plus modules, you can purchase the remaining modules at the practice/PCN/Cluster-level, at the unbundled price.

     Select the modules you would are interested in purchasing and the form will generate a price for you, including any discounts that apply.

    Please only select products that your practice will be paying for, there's no need to include products that your ICB, Health Board PCN or Cluster pays for already.

  • For practices in Scotland please note: As Vision 3 operates in a hosted environment (AEROS), we require Cegedim to install the Accurx software for you to be able to access it. Please note that we may not be able to give you access on your requested Switch-on Date because of this. If we are unable to provide access on your requested Switch-on Date, we will not charge you before you have access and we will confirm your Switch-on Date with you.

  • Direct Debit Details

    Your Direct Debit will be set up once the Order Form has been submitted. Licence Fees and SMS Costs will be collected by Direct Debit. Please complete this section with the instruction to your bank or building society to pay by Direct Debit.

  • The Direct Debit Guarantee

    • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
    • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit GC re Accurx Ltd will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request GC re Accurx Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request
    • If an errors is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by GC re Accurx Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
    • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GC re Accurx Ltd asks you to.
    • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

    By submitting the Order Form you confirm that you and any other practices covered by this contract have devices/computers that meet these Minimum Specifications.

  • Order Now to submit your Order Form to Accurx. Once it has been submitted and you accept our Terms and Conditions below, you'll be given access to the Accurx Products you've ordered on your preferred switch-on date.

    By providing payment details and completing/submitting this Order Form, you confirm that you are an authorised signatory and are able to agree these terms on behalf of the purchaser under this contract.
