DONATION REQUESTS
Green Prairie Animal Hospitals is proud to support our local communities in the fundraising efforts of local not-for-profit organizations!We wish we could contribute to all of the organizations who ask, but unfortunately, we do have to filter how many we support!If you would like to ask for our support, please fill out the form below at least 2-3 weeks before the donation is needed. We prefer to donate to local 501c3 organizations and prefer not to donate to political groups. Our donations come in the form of gift certificates for silent auctions, etc. This item will need to be picked up during our normal business hours.
